Fine Print
Rates are based on a two night minimum stay and do not include taxes (13.6%).
Holiday rates are in effect from Dec 21– Jan 5, and Feb 15 – 17.
We do not provide daily housekeeping but will replace linens on request.
$10 additional per night when units are requested in the main building.

Value Studio
The Studio has 372 square feet and is a single room with a kitchenette and private bath, and sleeping area. It has two queen beds or one king bed. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, sink, coffee maker and microwave oven and may have a two burner stove. Some rooms have a gas fireplace.

Parlor Suite
The Parlor Suite has 476 square feet and contains a bedroom with either one king bed or two queen beds plus a sitting room with a sofa sleeper, and private bath. In between the two rooms is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker and microwave oven. Some have a gas fireplace.

Master Suite
Our Master Suite has 952 square feet and includes two bedrooms, a large living area, a full kitchen and two private baths. It typically has two queens in one bedroom and a king in the other. This room is also known as the Juniper Suite.

A major credit card is required for reservations. To cancel a reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before scheduled arrival (72 hours for holiday arrivals) or your credit card will be charged an amount up to the full amount of the reservation.

Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am.

Keys must be picked up and returned to the office at Timberbrook Village, across highway 143 from the Cedar Breaks Lodge.

Absolutely no pets! No smoking in the rooms.

All rooms are owned by private individuals and the decor and amenities vary with the tastes of the owner.

We are an independent rental management company and manage the rentals of condos owned by private individuals who own units at the Cedar Breaks Lodge. We are not a part of the Cedar Breaks Lodge hotel. While their personnel are friendly and try to be helpful, your satisfaction is our responsibility, not theirs.
